Alexandra Professional Services is pleased to announce we now accept credit card and EFTPOS payments. This is something that many of our clients have enquired about, and we are pleased to offer this service, effective immediately!

We have partnered with Square to accept credit card payments for all accounts and invoices. Credit cards payments can be processed in person using secure tap and go technology, or you can call Michelle or Chris at the office to process your payment over the phone. All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay from your smart device are also supported.

Please note that all credit card/EFTPOS payments attract a 2.2% surcharge to cover the cost of processing the payment.

We have Moved!

We are excited to announce our move to our new office in Clifton Hill. The new office provides a more private, spacious work environment that will allow us to provide an even better service to our clients. The office is located close to the Clifton Hill Train Station, affording easy access by public transport on either the Hurstbridge or South Morang lines. Convenient, non-metered on-street parking is also available.

Director Nerissa Kennedy is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with over 25 years in the field. She specialises in supporting small to medium-sized businesses with tailored accounting solutions and strategic advice. Nerissa is passionate about building strong client relationships and takes pride in helping business owners grow sustainably and reach their financial objectives.

Nerissa has proudly called Yarra home for over 20 years and deeply understands the diverse needs of the local community. She lives in Fitzroy with her husband, their two daughters, and their friendly pup, Nala — who also happens to be the beloved office dog, ready to greet you when you visit!
